Emma is a designer and lecturer working across the fields of Architecture, Landscape and Urbanism. She is a Visiting Lecturer contributing to the Postgraduate Landscape Architecture and Urbanism programmes at the University of Greenwich.
She graduated from the Bartlett with an MArch (Distinction) degree. Studying under Laura Allen and Mark Smout in Unit 11, her final project was awarded the Bartlett School of Architecture Medal. She was also awarded the Ambrose Poynter Prize for her thesis, which she developed with Tim Waterman.
Through her master’s studies and further research projects, she is increasingly fascinated by the role of place association within communities and their collective landscapes.
